MSP® in het kort
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) is een best practice methode voor programmamanagement. Het sluit aan bij PRINCE2®, MoP® en P3O®. De methode bestaat uit principes, ‘governance themes’ en ‘the transformational flow’. De principes vormen de uitgangspunten voor een succesvol programma. De ‘themes’ zijn de thema’s of onderwerpen die regelmatig aandacht nodig hebben in een programma. De ‘transformational flow’ zijn de processen binnen een programma.
